The Single Particle Explorer (SPE-if) Industrial & Forensics provides standard compliant analyses and documentation which ensures component technical cleanliness. The SPE also performs highly accurate and reproducible particle counting in just minutes. The software is easy to use, and the result is absolutely reliable. The SPE can quickly and reliably certify your product's quality .
|
Ready for Future Challenges: |
The SPE particle counting system is prepared for all future challenges with optional extension modules. The basic SPE CSS, used for idenitfying particle count, size, and shape, can be upgraded to a full-fledged automated particle identification system. The SPE also performs highly accurate and reproducible particle counting in just minutes. The SPE can quickly and reliably certify your product's quality.metal.ID technology can differencitate between hard and soft metallic particles without the need for manual inspections.
Additionally, metal.ID identifies chemical composition, using the integrated database, and detects whether the element is stainless, brass, or rubber. Use this particle identification method to eradicate the foreign particles sources and sustainably improve the product quality.
